Sign in and open the workspace
Sign in to your account to access your workspaces.
Begin by clicking the Sign In button. Once signed in, you'll see the Workspaces page. Navigate to the Accounts workspace and select the Accounts Payable repository to view its contents.

Locate the document you need to update, such as PO-1045.docx, and click on it to open it in the document viewer. This allows you to view the document's content before making any changes.

Click the Edit button to access the rich text editor. Here, you can enter or modify text directly within the document. For example, add the text 'PURCHASE' or update specific fields like the invoice date.

After making your edits, click the Save button. A confirmation modal will appear, prompting you to confirm your changes. Click Confirm to finalize the save process. The system will then process and save your updated document.

Once your document is saved, you will see a confirmation message. Close the document viewer to return to the document list, where you can verify that the version number has incremented, indicating your changes have been saved successfully.
